The Celsur Plastics Building in Staines has undergone significant refurbishment as part of the broader redevelopment of Causeway Business Park. This initiative aims to modernise the area and attract new tenants by enhancing its facilities and infrastructure.

The refurbishment of the Celsur Plastics Building included the upgrade of the existing industrial structure to meet contemporary standards. Improving the surrounding landscape and infrastructure to support modern business operations. Installation of new gates and fencing to enhance site security. As part of this complex work, a number of existing utility services needed to be lowered and protection slabs installed.

The scheme achieved BREEAM excellent, incorporating reusable parts of the existing structure and adhering to MEP guidelines to achieve a highly rated EPC of A+.
