The Lea Court development provides 63 two-bedroom apartments for elderly residents. Independent living is possible alongside 24-hour on-site care. Residents have access to the facilities at the adjacent Madeley Centre. The Madeley Centre provides a 200 seat recreational hall, a cafe/restaurant, information centre, healthy living suite, children’s centre and a multi-use meeting space for various local groups.

The construction type is a steel frame with some internal exposed feature glulam beams. Concrete strip footings and pads were incorporated for the foundations.
