Baynham Meikle were involved in the construction of 4 warehouse type units within two separate buildings on an awkward piece of land at Birmingham Business Park. An extensive cut and fill operation and ground stabilisation process was undertaken. Highway improvement works were also required to a link road and new access road onto the site.
