The Orbis development consists of three highly specified buildings set in a pleasant landscaped environment, complimented by a cascading water feature.

The project consisted of the demolition of remaining structures/buildings followed by the construction of light industry/warehouse units with service yards and car parking. The office park is to provide a modern mixed-use park with excellent parking and amenity. A new road was implemented to give frontage and further access onto The Causeway and Junction 13 of the M25.
