We were appointed civil and structural engineers of a new 101,805 sq. ft. single storey warehouse unit at Martland Park, Wigan. The project consisted of delivery of service years, car parking, underground drainage, attenuation and associated landscaping works. We were involved with comprehensive groundworks and infrastructure work to prepare the site for vertical construction and long-term operational performance.
