Baynham Meikle were retained as consultant civil and structural engineers for the steel framed four storey buildings. 450,000 sq.ft of office space was provided over six buildings which included a glazed 4 storey atrium link, underground and podium parking.

The full height glazed atrium was added to link buildings 3 and 4 for circa in 2002/3, this became the main entrance for the campus.

The foundation solution involved vibro compaction. The external works comprised a central underground car park with podium parking and landscaping above.

Baynham Meikle continued to be the retained park engineers since completing the infrastructure in 2002.
