Baynham Meikle were delighted to be involved in the construction of two industrial warehouse units for Prologis. The first unit covered an area of 77,484 sq ft and the second comprised 234,718 sq ft of space. Both units included office accommodation and large yard areas.

The main frame for the warehouses was a ‘hit and miss’ steel portal frame arrangement supported by concrete pad foundations. Lime stabilised improved ground was utilised beneath the ground floor slab.
