Gavin is our Managing Director with 24 years’ experience in civil engineering across multiple sectors. He has led major and minor development and infrastructure projects from feasibility through delivery, ensuring solutions meet required standards, specifications, budgets and programme.

In his role as Managing Director, Gavin sets direction and oversees day-to-day operations, quality and risk. He supports clients and teams in navigating complex technical solutions, and champions collaboration, innovation and efficiency to achieve buildable, compliant outcomes.
