Baynham Meikle were delighted to be involved as Civil and Structural engineers on Trebor Developments speculative 410,000 sq ft distribution centre in Doncaster.

The building provides a distribution hub with large yards on either side, 38 loading doors and extensive lorry parking for 83 HGVs, on a 25-acre site. The internal height to eaves is 15m which provides good scope for racking provision should this be required by an end user.
