Bramham Park was built in 1698, and its landscape was laid out over the following 30 years by Robert Benson, 1st Lord Bingley.
After 300 years the same family still lives at Bramham and cares for its heritage. Baynham Meikle were involved with the restoration of one of the parks cascade and water features. Alongside extensive work being carried out by Archaeologists, we participated in the design of retaining structures, a waterproof concrete Parterre Pool and our civil engineering division managed an effective pipe network that supplied the cascade and managed the discharge away from the pool.
