The Centric development on Gunnels Wood Road in Stevenage is a modern industrial and logistics project comprising four high-spec units.

The units are constructed from a steel frame structure and clad externally with a mixture of both built up and composite cladding systems laid horizontally. These are complimented by aluminium feature bands, rainscreen cladding and a mixture of flat, trapezoidal and sinusoidal profiles.

Each unit has a fully fitted out office core area formed by metal deck upper floors. All associated M&E and internal fit out works will form part of the construction.
