


A former IBM campus prominently situated off the A3/A27, with 480,000 sq.ft of multi-let office, labs and data centreson a 40-acre site.
Baynham Meikle has designed phase 1 area of the site into a BREEAM excellent, EPC A+ commercial scheme, winning Commercial Development of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards 2024.
Phase 2 is currently on site, delivering the next three units following the success of phase 1. Anticipated completion end of 2025.
Due to proximity to the coast, the site has been designed to address all sources of flood risk and account for the effects of climate change in the future.
