Consulting Structural and Civil Engineers in the heart of the UK

We were required to provide civil and structural engineering design advice for the industrial/commercial development for proposed plots 5-7 scheme at Langstone Technology Park Phase 2. We previously designed the phase 1 area of the site into a BREEAM excellent, EPC A + commercial scheme, which won the Commercial Development of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards 2024. Phase 2 has been another success, delivering a further 3 units. Due to the proximity to the coast, the site has been designed to address all sources of flood risk and account for the effects of climate change in the future.
