Baynham Meikle were involved in the refurbishment design and construction of a commercial unit. The existing building was stripped back to the steel frame, installation of new dock levellers and extension of the office.

The new scheme achieved BREEAM excellent, incorporating elements such as green roof to the office and new SUDS based drainage systems.
