James is an Associate in our Civils team with over 13 years’ at Baynham Meikle. James joined as an apprentice and has progressed through hard work and dedication, growing alongside the business.

James delivers civil engineering across all project stages in the industrial, retail and life sciences sectors. His expertise includes drainage strategy and detailed design, flood risk assessment and mitigation, masterplanning infrastructure, highways and access, and earthworks/cut-and-fill modelling.

Known for being approachable and reliable, James leads day-to-day design coordination, liaises with clients, the wider design team and contractors, and attends site meetings and inspections to ensure buildable, compliant solutions.
