Baynham Meikle were involved in the design and construction of a 3-storey office development for AC Nielsen. AC Nielsen are a global market research firm who have relocated their UK headquarters to Oxford Business Park.

The three-storey braced steel framed structure provides the new occupiers with 54,000 sqft of modern, energy efficient office space.

Ground conditions on the site were challenging with asbestos fibres being detected within the low strength made ground. The foundation solution was concrete pads on vibro stone columns.
