Air Business

Air Business was established in 1986 and deals with global, fulfilment, distribution and subscription management. Having grown to process over 200 million items a year, the company requires greater space to operate out of.

On a vacant plot at Hatfield Business Park we provided Air Business with accommodation comprising of 17,000sq ft of offices space and 52,000sq ft of light production and warehousing space.

The main frame was formed using a steel frame with pad foundations. The ground below the foundations was improved by vibroing stone columns through a soft clay layer down to competent ground.
