The site for Turves Green Leisure Centre is shared with Turves Green Primary School. It is a modern facility which includes four sport court areas, gym, dance studio and office space. The centre also includes ample car parking with generous changing facilities. During the day the facility is used by the school and in the evening access is made available to the wider community.

The structure comprises a steel portal frame over the court areas with a braced steel frame that forms two storeys of additional space. Mass concrete pad and strip footings were incorporated as the foundation solution with a suspended concrete pre-cast floor at ground level.
